Hostel Casa Mar in Liberia was a quick stopover for a couple of nights while I re-entered Costa Rica to head to the Atlantic coast.
It was just ok. The rooms were really cramped and the beds were just ok. One of the boards actually broke on the first bed I was in and I had scraped myself up pretty badly. The wifi was good, and the shared kitchen space was fine. Enough bathrooms to go around, but the room size and comfort really left me with a negative opinion of the place.
Good for a night stopover, but that’s about it.
