Hostel Tortuguero 7BackPackers has a strange name maybe, but it’s a great place to stay. Marina, the host was excellent. Really friendly, offered free breakfast in the mornings, and was always around.
The room was pretty crowded, but I had it to myself for the first two nights, and on my last night, there was only one other person. Comfortable beds, lots of fans, but does get a little stuffy since it’s an internal room with no windows to the outside. I booked the double bed in the room, which also had 4 dorm beds.
But, for the price, it was great and would definitely recommend it if you are heading to Tortuguero.
