Finca Fuente de Vida – Miraflor 🇳🇮

Finca Fuente de Vida is a remarkable place in a remote part of Nicaragua. It was slow getting there (about 2.5 hours on a bus to cover 25km), but so worth it. I wish I could have stayed longer. The room I booked was booked beyond just the two nights I stayed. Wonderful hosts running the finca, they offered meals for about $5-7, and all were delicious.
I was there at a VERY cold time of year (nearly zero Celcius overnight), but the beds and extra blankets kept it warm. The room I had came with half-bath, and the shower was in a separate building.

Really wonderful spot, met so many incredible people here. Was one of the best community connections I’ve had anywhere.
