Island Jungle Suite – Balgue, Ometepe Island 🇳🇮

I’m pretty sure Island Jungle Suite is no longer available, but going ot put it here anyway, in case it re-surfaces. I was only the 2nd or 3rd person to stay here, but I really liked it. It’s the very definition of rustic, but that was the charm to me. It’s up in the forest, near the base of thoe volcano.
Bed was unbelivably comfortable, it had a huge walk-in bathroom with (cold) shower, and a really nice patio area to sit outside. Wifi was excellent.
No kitchen facilities. The local staff were wonderful and ran a little store on the road.
